APPENDIX 3B

Please find attached the Appendix 3B for the first 9,500,000 shares of the 16,250,000 share placement announced on 15 November 2006. The second tranche of 5,083,332 shares will be issued following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 November 2006. The third and final tranche of 1,666,668 shares, to Directors of the Company, will be subject to Shareholder approval which will be sought early in the 2007 year.
