information concerning it that has not been announced which, if known, could be an
explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company. Not applicable. The Company advises that a
possible explanation for the price change and increase in volume in the securities
of the Company is the release of the following recent reports and press articles in
relation to the Company that the Company is aware of: the Company’s December
2006 quarterly report released to ASX on 31 January 2007; Strachan Corporate
report included in the StockAnalysis publication dated 7 February 2007; broker report by State

buy" recommendation; article entitled “On a
Natural High” in The Sunday Times (Perth) newspaper on Sunday 11 February 2007; and "speculative buy"
